I wish I could give Darcie 6 stars in "negotiation skills". She helped us save almost $50,000. on the purchase of our house. She is amazing! Her energy kept us going when I was feeling down. We looked at quite a few houses and we liked a couple but Darcie's research turned up serious issues. She even went to the county to pull up plot maps when homeowners didn't seem certain and the agent was unable to answer our questions. Darcie knows what she's doing! Her positivity, confidence, energy, compassion, knowledge and expertise make her a superior agent. She makes herself available to clients and she never gives up!

Very helpful on helping us find our home. She did a great job suggesting and evaluating houses for us. We gave her a time frame on when we wanted/needed a house by and she came through with our perfect home. Highly recommend.
