Ginny is “good people” and the outstanding real estate agent you want on your side when buying or selling a home in Davis! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and was on top of everything from start to end. In fact even after we closed, she stayed involved to help me get started with the remodeling projects. Ginny earned my trust and more, I consider her a friend, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or work with her again!

Love , love , love Ginny! She over -communicates w all parties to make sure her clients and business partners all have the same expectations. We SO appreciated that. She responds quickly, is ahead of the next step, and guides the whole crazy process w humor and grace! Our house sold 108% of list price and closed in 23 days. Her work started w staging ( she helped me de-clutter my walk-in closet!) and ended w assistance of a move-out cleaning and moving company hire/selection/appts. Just amazing service throughout. Forever grateful for her kind heart and quick wit… and easing the difficult experience of letting out family home go. We’re forever grateful. Thank you Ginny❣️
