Stephanie is the most knowledgeable and helpful agent I know! She is there for you every step of the way from setting up paint and cleaning quotes, to staging, to repairs, and everything in between! She has a connection in every industry and saves you a ton! This could be the most stressful process, but with all she knows and everything she’s seen over her long career, she is quick to calm your mind and reassure you everything will work out! And it always does! My sell wasn’t easy and we had some bumps in the road due to no fault of ours, but she was always there doing everything she could to move it along and to remind me that we’ve got this and we will make it through! I can’t recommend her enough! I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Steph was so great with selling our home. She is kind, thoughtful, makes sure to explain things so we understand them and understand all our options. She went well above and beyond to help us out. We moved out of state and found out on the day of our move that everything was not going to fit into our moving truck, so we had to leave some things behind. Steph helped make sure that the things that were left behind got out to the street and marked for free so our neighborhood could be blessed with what was left. She kept us in the loop of things every step of the way. She explained our options when we had multiple offers come in, so we knew how to make the best decision for us. We were able to get our house sold and closed fairly quickly and get our funds to help us in our new house search. We would highly recommend Steph to be your agent.

Stephanie worked so hard for our family to make sure we found a home that was perfect for us. Even when we came across a home we were willing to settle for, she knew it wasn’t the one for us. She was right and our dream home became available! She got moving quickly to get our offer in and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. She is extremely knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything we were doing. Being that it was our first time buying a home, we appreciated the patience she had for all our questions and concerns. My family is forever grateful for all the time and effort she put into making our dreams a reality.
