Steph was so great with selling our home. She is kind, thoughtful, makes sure to explain things so we understand them and understand all our options. She went well above and beyond to help us out. We moved out of state and found out on the day of our move that everything was not going to fit into our moving truck, so we had to leave some things behind. Steph helped make sure that the things that were left behind got out to the street and marked for free so our neighborhood could be blessed with what was left. She kept us in the loop of things every step of the way. She explained our options when we had multiple offers come in, so we knew how to make the best decision for us. We were able to get our house sold and closed fairly quickly and get our funds to help us in our new house search. We would highly recommend Steph to be your agent.
