I highly recommend Jamie Lang as a realtor. She served as my agent in buying a home and in every capacity, she was excellent. I was a novice to this process, and Jamie led me throughout the process, always patient with my lack of knowledge and she provided excellent and understandable explanations. Immediately upon starting to work with me, Jamie set up an automatic feed of new homes in the area I was looking, and was always willing to show houses in the area for me. She was up to date on new listings, and thus was able to get in to see several houses immediately when they came on the market, which provided an advantage given the shortage of homes on the market. This also meant I was able to see and submit a bid on the house that I eventually purchased. In navigating the buying process, Jamie's expertise again proved invaluable - she was able to negotiate with a difficult selling agent and lead me through the process. She knows the process, knows where to focus, and achieves satisfactory results. SHe was a great communicator, always letting me know what was happening and what I needed to be doing. I am extremely satisfied with Jamie's service as a realtor and highly recommend her. I had read reviews prior to retaining Jamie, and every accolade applied to Jamie is true. You can't go wrong with her as your agent, for buyer or seller.

Breeze was always available to answer any questions. If I found a property I wanted to look at he would schedule a time to see the property same day or the next day. He was persistent in sending me properties as well. The buying process can be stressful but Breeze was alway available and he was fast at responding to all my real estate needs.
