Marvin is an awsome agent he was with us every step of the way advising where it was appropriate (with advice that was actually beneficial to me it was obvious he wasnt just pushing for another commission) and following my lead where it wasnt. He was available whenever we needed him and made it a point to cone to us when we needed to meet as opposed to makeing us come to his office. In this case the sellers agent was less than proactive and its not a streatch to say Marvin did the work of two agents here and he did it with a smile.
