Jessa was a wonderful partner for us in the sale of our property in Boonville. She was knowledgeable, communicative, well connected, kind and efficient. She guided us through all the preparations and hurdles with multiple inspections and then smoothly executed a sale even when there were hiccups that were not in her control. We live remotely from this property and Jessa worked incredibly well with our caretakers in town as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone in that general area. We are incredibly happy with our choice to use Jessa as our selling agent.

Sarah was a pleasure to work with. Although there were a few occasions in which I felt she didn't reply in a timely manner, she was always very involved in the process - especially with regard to all of the inspections/appointments. She was present for all of the inspections, and asked some questions that I hadn't thought of. She made a couple of trips to the County offices on my behalf, gathering information for me. She is very knowledgeable about the area, which I very much appreciate as a recent transplant. This was a huge endeavor for me - purchasing a home on my own. Sarah was extremely encouraging and supportive, without being pushy ....... she understood and respected my apprehensions as a newly single woman embarking on a major decision!
