She insisted on qualifying buyers before showing, which made us very happy. We were never bothered by passers-by, only serious potential buyers. She is always upbeat, friendly and available. She had interesting ideas about marketing, going beyond the Mariposa Gazette and her website to wider-range real estate focused outlets.
