We chose Kori Smith at Concierge Real Estate Services, Inc., based on her experience selling larger properties and ranches, and we are so glad we did! We knew that selling a 125-acre ranch would take more time than selling a home. From the start, Kori was easy to work with. She insisted on qualifying buyers before showing, which made us very happy. We were never bothered by passers-by, only serious potential buyers. She is always upbeat, friendly and available. She had interesting ideas about marketing, going beyond the Mariposa Gazette and her website to wider-range real estate focused outlets.
