I worked with Lulu looking for 1031 exchange properties. During the course of looking for properties, Lulu kept in constant contact, provided extensive material relevant to each property and worked with myself and the title company making sure everything was done appropriately and closed in an expeditious manner. When I needed professional services, she was able to provide contacts that turned out to be very good.
