Brian is the best. Totally on top of everything. Great negotiator. Went out of his way to help in every way possible

My family worked with Daryl Temple to sell a home that was in probate.  This was an emotional sale for our family and we are so grateful that Daryl was by our side through this process.  We knew Daryl outside of Real Estate, but were truly appreciative for his patience and knowledge when it came to this probate sale.  It was truly amazing seeing Daryl get into action with the best way to position how to list and obtain maximum exposure during the listing and offer negotiations.  It seemed like he worked in a way where this was his home and he was going to give 100% on every aspect.  We could not have got through escrow without Daryl and his professionalism and guidance.  We highly recommend him if you want someone that takes pride in what he does and will even do the little things that may not matter to most.  - Jim

Amy and Ryan were so helpful and instrumental into getting my house sold. They kept us updated with even the smallest details from the very beginning. They never stood back or held back. They were honest and truthful which was what we needed to get our house sold. Even when it came to getting the paperwork done, both of them were answering phone calls and emails while out on the lake for the day. I never felt like anything I asked was a stupid or silly question, they always answered with kindness, and education. In this market I was worried my house would never sell, or I'd have to take such a drastic cut in price. Never happened. Both Amy and Ryan worked tirelessly to make a deal. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work. Amy and Ryan were recommended to me through a friend, and clearly there was a reason why. You need a house sold, come to these two!
