We were connected with Bien after our first agent didn’t work out and I’m so glad we moved on! Bien hustled from the beginning, set expectations and we had the perfect buyer within the first 2 weeks. I didn’t get to meet her in person but she was still super involved in every aspect. From weekend open houses to being on hold for our Solar for longer than I would have expected Bien showed dedication to meeting our needs! So glad we connected and were able to sell with Bien!

First met Sheida at someone else’s listing and agreed to list 6 of my rentals because she was so impressive. Four sales in 4 months later I know it was a good decision. Very sound advice helped me immensely. Will keep using her.
