He had a contractor who helped fix up the home prior to sale at a fair price. The work was accomplished quickly and completed nicely. Had a good experience working with Daryl to get the home sold in a "slow" market. Would consider using Daryl again if I had another home to sell.

Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.
