All documents were signed online and offers were presented using an online tool which made comparison super easy. And finally, we made sure Erfan and his team had all the tools to work with, so we completely put him in charge of pricing the house. Here Erfan really did his "magic", working with buyers agents to collect offers, keeping buyers informed and negotiating the best deal for all parties involved.
