She makes it very easy to work with her and has such a huge amount of resources to help in all aspects of our real estate needs. She guides you from the start of home searching all the way to providing lending resources that cant be beat anywhere else. Highly recommended and obviously she would be the only one I would use and refer to any body looking for a fantastic agent. Because she got our home that had the right directions and met all the criterias of the feng shui and auspicious luck I was looking for, I was lucky to get pregnant with twins in our new home! Working with Gene has been nothing but an amazing experience. It has been two years since I moved out of the state. Gene has been taking care of the house since the beginning. Gene helped me facilitate everything. I mean, everything from managing property for a rental to watering down the grass himself to ensure the house is ready for sales. Even after the contract is signed and accepted, he still went to the house and take care of the yard for the buyer. Inspections, backyard landscaping, tree cutting, fixing up discrepancy, cleaning, painting; just a few examples Gene has helped me with. Gene really went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. What I love the most is that Gene brought in his rich expertise and experience to the fullest. Although the final sales price is below my expectation, it is because of the existing Market trends where all the houses are on the market for more than 30-60 days. Because of Gene's tireless effort doing open houses every week, our house was sold faster. I saw at least 3 houses closed by are still on the market today.
