He was great communicating with our loan originator and had our back along the way. The Bay Area is a hot market and Joe managed to put together an attractive yet competitive offer the sellers couldn’t decline. He is an expert in his field, clearly has a lot of well-established relationships that we were able to leverage along the way and not to sound corny but he really cares about his clients. He even took the time to attend our escrow signing which felt very ceremonious and that was cool.
