During the time before I put my house up for sale he had great insights about how to prepare the house and what services I should have completed. He also had good insights about how to price it competitively but without underpricing. He knew positive aspects about the neighborhood that even I didn’t including information about the schools I had never considered. The photos really highlighted the beauty of my home without being unrealistic. The 3D walkthrough was clutch for selling a home during a pandemic. Overall, the home seemed to be marketed really well as the tour schedule was quite packed.
