Rick helped us buy our first home and we had a great experience working with him. He quickly understood the style and type of homes we were looking for and helped us identify properties that matched our preferences. We ended up finding and purchasing our home within just a couple of weeks. Rick also has personal experience with property ownership and home improvement, which gave him a useful perspective, especially for us as first-time homebuyers. He often noticed small details that were easy to overlook—for example, during one visit he spotted a subtle issue with the slope of a shower floor that hadn’t been mentioned in the inspection report. He also shared plenty of practical advice and was always happy to brainstorm ideas for improving the home. Throughout the process, Rick was responsive, available, and patient with our questions, and helped us navigate a competitive and fast-moving market. He was also very thoughtful after closing—he treated us to dinner and provided us with a premium home warranty We really appreciate the time and effort Rick put into helping us find a home we’re very happy with..

Rick Talmage and Joanne Fraser tag-teamed representing us on the sale of our long-time family home in Los Altos Hills. They we're a perfect complement to each other with Joanne's vast knowledge and experience of the local residential market overlaying Rick's detailed management of the entire selling process, including updates we made to our home in the two months prior to listing. Rick and Joanne's instincts were spot-on. Initially we balked at the scope of proposed house updates but they proved to be great suggestions and clearly enhanced the value of the property, providing a solid ROI to us and tangible benefits to the buyers. Rick and Joanne have well-established relationships with multiple vendors in house painting and construction, and with Rick's oversight, the collective pre-sale work came in on-time and on-budget down to the last dollar and day. The marketing of the property was superbly handled, including a creative twilight open house, thoughtful staging, and outstanding photography for our listing. In the sale process itself, Rick and Joanne provided calm and reasoned advice on setting the listing price to meet the market as well as handing the negotiations with prospective buyers. On a day-to-day basis throughout the sales process, Rick was accessible morning, noon, and night and promptly addressed any issues or questions which arose. Without hesitation I would strongly recommend this team to represent you whether as a buyer or a seller. You are certain to have a fabulous experience!

Rick and his partner, Joanne showed up ready to guide me with the sale and directions on what I should do to make the property sell quicker and for a better price. They helped with suggesting contractors, cleaners, painters, etc. Rick managed most of the projects and guided me. The process of the sale was easy. They gave me confidence that all I had to do is relax and they would take care of everything and they absolutely did. I appreciated the guidance and am super happy with the outcome. I would recommend them both to anyone. It was all seamless!!
