She even helped my parents find the land they built the house I grew up in. So when it came time for me to buy a home in Santa Cruz, I knew I was in excellent hands. I recommend Bobbie highly. She has represented me both as a buyer and seller. She is very knowledgeable and works hard. She will spend the time needed to deal with unexpected events or for an unusual situation where extra work is required. Bobbie is a good listener regarding your needs. For example, if you want her to step in with more help in making decisions about how to prepare the property, she will help, but if you want her to leave you to do the work and decisions she will support you in that. Another thing I really like about Bobbie is that she is not pushy like some real estate agents are. But she is strong and will speak up at appropriate times, if she thinks you are making a mistake for example. Bobbie is a pleasant and respectful person, someone you would like as a friend, neighbor or professional. Years after selling my house, I ran into her at the park in Scott's Valley when I was with my grandson and Bobbie's daughter was having a birthday party. Bobbie invited my grandson to the jump house (which he was eying). She is a warm, welcoming and friendly person. This is in addition to being wonderfully professional and knowledgeable. If I sound overboard, you may think I am a friend or relative of Bobbie's, but I'm not. I am especially gung-ho because last year, even though there is a shortage of affordable houses in Santa Cruz, Bobbie found a property for my daughter's family. It was really a miracle and they are really happy there and now have an investment and tax deduction!
