He always responded promptly if I had concerns or questions! His joyful, fun personality definitely helped calm me down since I’ve never been thru this experience before! He is so very kind and professional! He also was so very helpful to get rid of some objects that none of our family wanted- he contacted organizations to see if they wanted any donations and if not, he had things taken to the dump for us! I am so very grateful for our experience with Douglas!
