Vaqas is absolutely the best. He is knowledgeable about the market and underlying dynamics and yet tailors his advice to your needs. It took me a long time to find the right house and get the final offer accepted as it was a short sale and Vaqas was as supportive and diligent for the last offer as he was for the first. He's efficient and responsive and just great at his job. Thanks Vaqas for your help throughout the process.

This was our first home purchase and Carl made the entire process seem easy. He was there to explain what things meant and point out things we might not have seen otherwise. He always had our best interest in mind and was always available for questions and concerns both before and after the purchase. Carl was a fantastic partner to have in this process and I would recommend him to everyone!

Working with Amarendra was very easy in our home buying experience. While we were in the market for last 2 years, we were not able to decide on our landing spot. Working with him, we immediately struck a cord and worked through our needs and wish list. In short amount of time Amarendra was able to help us target certain regions in the Bay Area that addressed our needs for good schooling, enough space for kids to be able to play around and still be in our budget - 2 months later, we landed in the house we now call home. From writing an offer to getting it accepted and running through the whole loan approval process, Amarendra didn't miss a beat and was extremely professional through the entire process. Thank you so much for helping us in getting our home!
