Our experience with Kim is just not with selling our home but so much more. She will go above and beyond with follow ups etc. she has an amazing team starting from staging to finally selling. After every open house without even follow ups she sends a summary of the weekend open house that includes how many visited and how many were agents etc. It’s that precise. And most important of all she is a very good person that empathizes with our situation.
