First thing that I have to say is that when you hire Marco and the MVRod Team, you really are getting the advantage of a real team of people helping you out! There is a ton of paper work to be done when selling a house, and Marco has one team member dedicated to just that alone. His wife, Vanessa works seamlessly with him, so someone is always there for you every step of the way. Selling a house is complicated. Selling a house during a world wide pandemic?! Well, that takes some special skills and much attention to detail. Fortunately, Marco is well versed in everything virtual. From Zoom meetings to fancy online tours, he got the word out and got the job done. The staging was so impressive that I almost made an offer myself! Never looked so good before. Sold above the listing price in record time. So it's no wonder that I'm sitting here writing such a positive review even though " I'm not much one to write reviews".
