For over two years, we patiently explored different neighborhoods and home options until we finally found the right one for our family. We are very grateful for all the help and guidance Victoria provided throughout our home-buying journey. We were very focused on finding the right layout, proportions, and neighborhood for our forever home. When this home became available, Victoria moved quickly and guided us through the entire process with strong communication, thoughtful strategy, and negotiation skills that helped us successfully secure the home in a competitive situation. What we especially appreciate is her continued support even after closing. She generously shared many helpful resources and recommendations for renovations, contractors, paint selections, lighting, and landscaping ideas, which made the transition into our new home much easier and less stressful. Our family truly appreciates all of her assistance, and we are excited to finally move into our forever home.

We loved working with Victoria. Excellent service and advice at every step along the way!

We recently worked with Victoria Tseng as our buyer’s agent and cannot recommend her highly enough. Victoria’s deep connections into the agent community were the key to our success, as she secured us an incredible off-market home in a prime Piedmont location, with a large lot at a very attractive price point. This will likely be our 'forever home.' Her sense of the local market is exceptional; whenever we asked what it would take to win, her pricing forecasts almost always lined up exactly with the final bid. She was incredibly responsive, consistently answering texts within the hour and providing quick phone updates well into the evening—a level of dedication that perfectly accommodated our busy schedules. In a high-stakes market where things move fast, Victoria gave us the advice and the confidence we needed to make big new home decisions.
