We were fortunate to meet Garrett and Martha when we decided to sell our mom’s house. We were nervous about selling because it was emotional, and we had no idea where to start. Garrett and Martha walked us through all the stages from start to end. They coordinated everything we needed to do to get the house on the market. They were professional, thorough and gave us choices and options yet personal about our needs. They made sure we were involved in all the decisions and made it so much easier for us. They made getting the house staged, prepped and ready for market efficiently and effortlessly. Their hard work made it possible for a quick sale and so much easier to let mom’s house go. Their selling techniques are innovative!Thank you, Garret and Martha. It is a pleasure to call you our realtors and now our friends! We wouldn’t have gotten through this emotional time without all your help. We would whole-heartedly recommend Garrett and Martha for your realtor needs. They go above and beyond. If we could give 10 stars, we would!

Garrett and Martha exceeded all my expectations based on prior experiences with realtors. They were courteous, timely, and communicated well. They coordinated inspections, repair work, cleaning, and staging of my house (all besides repairs were included with their fee at closing and didn't cost extra). Part of the process occurred while I was out of state which did not impact how efficient they worked for us. In they end my home sold for well above asking price and in under a week. I attribute this almost entirely to Garrett and Martha's efforts. TLDR; Garrett facilitated my home sale with great efficiency and it sold much faster and for more than my most optimistic expectations. Highly recommend!

I had an opportunity to work with Garrett on one of his listings where I represented a buyer. He was so professional and yet personable. Very knowledgeable and a problem solver. We had laughs along the way. He is always on top of his game and has excellent communication skills! I would definitely like to work with Garrett again in future!
