Working with Patricia made buying a home a true delight. Starting with our very first meeting, when she asked us to describe the homes we’d grown up in, we knew we were in the hands of someone who had made an art form out of matching people with houses. Her skilled artistic eye and calm competence helped us at every step of the process, whether it was knowing just which homes to send us to look at or helping us close on the house we most loved. When looking at houses together, she listened so well to us that she often knew before we did whether we wanted to live in any given place - and then would gracefully bring this information to our attention in a way that was unfailingly helpful. Also, she is so good at explaining complicated systems that we never felt lost or confused as first-time home buyers - what might have felt overwhelming in other circumstances instead felt interesting and fun. We feel so grateful to have gone through this process with Patricia and can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s got a rare set of gifts that suit her wonderfully to this work.

Patricia is a wonderful real estate agent. She was very responsive and understanding throughout the whole journey, including when times got very frustrating and disappointing. She was knowledgeable of the market and helped us understand reasonable purchase prices and expectations. She also listened very closely to what we wanted and continued to find appropriate homes for us within our budget. She provided feedback and advise, and continued to help us in detailed ways even through escrow. She helped us beat out 3 other offers on the home we own today. I'd recommend Patricia to friends and colleagues in the future.
