Michele represented the seller when we bought our house years ago, and working with her was a such a good experience that we asked her to represent us when we sold it. It was the right choice! Michele knows the area and the market, and her team are top notch! Everything we needed to do was done quickly, completely, and to a top standard of quality. We got a good price and felt good doing it. In addition, Michele included us and informed us throughout the process; we were never overwhelmed but never in the dark, and were always in good hands. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

3 times is a CHARM.... I first met Raquel as property manager and was fortunate she chose to rent the house to my family. Since she has been our realtor on the buying and selling side. Seamless transactions are a must for any A type personality and she nails it!!!! Always with in reach by phone, email and text. Needs something fixed.....she has the resources, Need financing she has the resources( Cherry Creek...Craig is great). On our most resent transaction which she sold our house the marketing work she did was stunning. She did a super nice photo flyer that was handed out at the 2 weekends of open houses that I though was reserved for extremely fancy places, we are in the Bay Area after all. Due in part to her marketing the house sold for 22% over asking.....WOW Hands down I would hire her in a country second if the need would call again. Thumbs up to you my friend

Alex has sold two properties for me in the last year, one being in Walnut Creek and the other in San Francisco. He made the process effortless for myself as I didn’t need to do a thing. Although, he kept me informed every single day with a update on the properties as well as what the feedback was from potential buyers agents. I have worked with many realtors as I own multiple properties all over the Bay Area and Alex is as organized and professional as they come. The marketing plans in which he created were extremely detailed and unprecedented of what I have seen from other realtors in the past. When I need to sell another property of mine, I will definitely be using Alex and his team. If you need to buy or sell in the Bay Area I recommend Alex as the first person you should call!
