Mindy was instrumental in our home buying process. We can confidently say that we wouldn't have secured our house without her. She listened to our needs and helped us find homes that were within our budget. She was extremely responsive to our questions (and we had PLENTY). Within a short period of four weeks, we finally zeroed in on the house that we liked and put Mindy's negotiation skills to test. If it wasn't for Mindy, we would still be putting exorbitant offers on mediocre homes and would likely still be renting. Instead, we are the proud owners of a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. I highly recommend Mindy for anyone looking for an agent in the Bay Area!
