She made herself easily available for any question that we had and was very responsive. We (very, very) quickly found our dream house and Marissa wasn't afraid to work swiftly with us to put our offer in (and under asking!). She connected us with fantastic mortgage lenders and insurance brokers. She also helped us to find inspectors, roofers, electricians, foundation and drainage people, cleaners ... the works! In many ways her hard work did not stop after we closed on our house and she has been a valuable resource for the additional work that the house needs.
