Peter Lekas went above and beyond what any other Realtor would do

Peter is an amazing and professional Realtor. He found a reasonable staging company that staged my condo beautifully. He worked with a floor restorer to refinish the hardwood floors. Peter literally was touching up the paint! He presented me with an offer on my condo the day before the staging was installed and even before the first open house. The offer was over asking with no contingencies. The entire process was smooth and effortless on my part. Peter worked tirelessly to produce handsome video tours which were posted on Youtube as well as working with a company to professionally photograph the interior of the condo as well as exterior including drone videos of the surrounding area and gardens of the condo building. I cannot recommend Peter enough.

Working with Ernest couldn't have been easier. His advice and calm demeanor is priceless. Those who have gone through this experience knows what happened towards the end. The amount of paperworks that needs to be assembled and eventually signed. I wouldn't have gone through this without his guidance.
