Having Trish Grima as my real estate agent was one of my best decisions in the process. Trish has extensive experience in East Bay real estate and brings extensive knowledge and practical guidance to her clients. With the market changes, I was nervous and Trish was patient and communicative throughout. She also shared helpful resources to prepare my home for sale (stager, inspection folks, etc). There were a couple of curve balls that were unexpected and her responsiveness and calm helped me navigate those surprises. My home sale did extremely well and I credit Trish's expertise and guidance for much of that! Would highly recommend.
