I first met Aashis in 2021 when we rented our property through the Winkler Group, and Aashis oversaw all of the painting, re-carpeting, etc., that we had to do to get the condo ready. During the several years that the property was a rental, Aashis was an excellent property manager. He dealt with any issues as they came up, and did a great job of keeping me informed, and in the loop, and communicating on behalf of myself with the tenants, workmen, condo management, etc. When I put the condo up for the sale this past summer, again Aashis did a great job overseeing an almost herculean amount of work to be done to prepare the unit for sale. Aashis is a people person, what I call a bridge person, who can talk to and work with anyone in a professional, respectful and courteous fashion. The condo had never looked better, never been in better shape, and Aashis & the Winkler Group did that without me ever having to go on-site. Aashis made the sale and got me the price I wanted. Aashis's an All-Star, and he plays for an All-Star team with the Winkler Group. Sunny Kim, Tom Coble, and, of course, Daniel Winkler were all also very helpful. Daniel Winkler had sold the property to my father in 1999, and I am so grateful that Daniel and his team were there years later to help us to first rent and then sell our unit. Also, I feel as though I were blessed to have Aashis Pradhan manage the rental and then the sale of our property. I can't recommend Aashis and the Winkler Group highly enough. They are consummate professionals who know the business inside out, and, more than that, they are good, honest, hard-working people, and good people with whom to do business.

I've worked with Janice twice now: once to help me get my first home in San Francisco in 2018, and again for a home to start a family in San Bruno in 2020. Janice has been incredible to work with in both cases. She's incredibly responsive, with a turnaround time of less than an hour in most cases. She's insightful and learns how to predict your dream home quickly; both times I've bought were ultimately recommendations of hers, and they came after only attending 3-4 open houses with her. Her experience with remodeling for a new look or for adding additional dwelling units is extremely helpful as you go forward, and lends to her ability to immediately flag concerns as you tour houses and review disclosures. Her ability to negotiate with sellers and run comparisons will ensure you pay a reasonable price (and she won't pressure you to pay more unnecessarily). Lastly, she's downright fun to work with and brainstorm with! I wholeheartedly recommend her as a partner when looking for a new home and for the ownership lifecycle beyond.
