She has a natural ability to assess a home and quickly figure out if certain changes will benefit the sale of the home or not. That was key in determining how much time and effort we needed in order to get our home on the market within our limited timeframe. She kept us up to date on all activity that took place throughout the process and gave great feedback when it came to what buyers were looking for. Jeannie is trustworthy and knows the real estate market inside and out. We were very happy with the smooth transaction of the sale of our family home and owe it all to her in making sure the process went accordingly.
