Jeannie's knowledge of the housing market is top notch. She has a very approachable demeanor which is important when working with both the seller and the buyer side of the sale. She has a natural ability to assess a home and quickly figure out if certain changes will benefit the sale of the home or not. That was key in determining how much time and effort we needed in order to get our home on the market within our limited timeframe. She kept us up to date on all activity that took place throughout the process and gave great feedback when it came to what buyers were looking for. Jeannie Hamann is one of those very unique people who earns complete trust from her clients. We have used Jeannie to buy and sell a couple of investment properties and most recently, to help us downsize after 44 years in the same house. Hopefully this is the last house we will buy or sell, but we would never use anyone but Jeannie for real estate.
