Selling my home at 4401 Harbord Drive in Oakland could have been stressful, especially in a softer market—but Sami made it an incredibly smooth and positive experience. From the moment we met, he impressed me with his calm confidence, deep experience in the Rockridge market, and thoughtful approach to strategy and pricing. He truly knows this neighborhood—what buyers respond to, how to position a home, and how to price it just right to attract interest without leaving money on the table. Sami took care of absolutely everything—coordinating inspections, guiding the prep and staging process, managing contractors, and handling countless small details I didn’t even have to think about. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always patient, responsive, and honest in his advice. I never once felt rushed or left in the dark. What really stood out was how much he cared—not just about closing a deal, but about doing things right and making sure I felt confident and supported throughout. Thanks to his thoughtful planning, market savvy, and meticulous follow-through, my home sold quickly and at a great price despite the softer market. If you’re selling in Rockridge (or anywhere nearby), I can’t recommend Sami highly enough. He’s smart, steady, and genuinely invested in his clients’ success—a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

After my employer failed to respond to numerous requests for verification of employment that was needed to close on the loan, Carisa took it upon her self, got involved in the process, and found creative ways to get a response. She also worked with the seller so they wouldn't give up on the offer for nearly four weeks. Carisa's due diligence, hard work, and persistence pay off. Today, I am proud to say: I am a homeowner!!! Thank you so much, Carisa for all your dedication and hard work. I will forever be grateful.
