I cannot thank Teri enough for reaching out to me when my landlord gave me notice that I would have to move. I have been renting my whole life and it was the first time that buying a house was possible. She worked tirelessly, not only over a weekend, but a holiday weekend, answering all my questions and pushing my paperwork through. She showed me a house that I fell in love with. We put in an offer and it got accepted! Teri is kind, helpful, thorough, organized, available to answers all my texts and phone calls immediately. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor or experience to make mine and my daughter's dream come true. I am forever grateful to Teri and I highly recommend her to anyone thinking about buying a home. She also connected me with a lender where I qualified for 2 down payment grants! Thank you for everything!
