Nguyen Lee is the best Realtor that we ever known and we worked with, he is very hands on, organized and very helpful for everything. We didn't known him personally one of our friend just give me his number then me and my husband starting talking with him what we need to do, he explained everything step by step and finally we start the process of our papers. Any question you have for him he always have answer and explained it very well and clearly. Finally for less than 40 days of process I can say we are moving to our own home. We are very thankful to Nguyen for all the hard work and help to our family. I will definitely work with him again and recommend to my family and friends.

I've met Shawn during an open house. When I read many reviews on the internet, I was initially skeptical on how a person can get all good reviews. :) I thought I should give a try on him as a buyer's agent. And now, I understand that, no wonder why he gets so many good reviews. :) Because he's really good at his work and as a human being!   It's quite a nerve cracking process when we put offers to home, and wanna get a good deal. Shawn has always accepted to put the offer which we want, though it may not be as competent as the market. And that's the most good quality which I really liked in him, understanding us and not forcing us to put a figure which normally every agent does. Because of him, we were able to purchase a single family home, with 38K below the listed price.  He's quite knowledgeable, professional and above that, he's quite understandable as a human being. Working with him is amazing! As being a first time home buyer, we had many tensions in which Shawn was able to answer everything patiently, even at his non-working hours.
