Shawn Shokoor

I've met Shawn during an open house. When I read many reviews on the internet, I was initially skeptical on how a person can get all good reviews. :) I thought I should give a try on him as a buyer's agent. And now, I understand that, no wonder why he gets so many good reviews. :) Because he's really good at his work and as a human being!   It's quite a nerve cracking process when we put offers to home, and wanna get a good deal. Shawn has always accepted to put the offer which we want, though it may not be as competent as the market. And that's the most good quality which I really liked in him, understanding us and not forcing us to put a figure which normally every agent does. Because of him, we were able to purchase a single family home, with 38K below the listed price.  He's quite knowledgeable, professional and above that, he's quite understandable as a human being. Working with him is amazing! As being a first time home buyer, we had many tensions in which Shawn was able to answer everything patiently, even at his non-working hours.
