We can’t speak highly enough of our amazing experience with Valerie Vicente to sell our home in San Ramon. We know that selling a house is a very stressful process. We can also start to get ready while we enjoy the holidays. She left our house without offering to sign any contract or formal commitment. This impressed us because there’s no formal commitment for us to even use her later - we could have easily picked a different realtor during that time. This gave us a good initial impression that she value building relationships. When our home finally went on the market after the holidays, our house went under contract within a week with multiple offers! The experience was so smooth working with Valerie. Through the entire process, Valerie became a trusted advisor to us. During this time, Valerie is also helping us buy our new home at Blackhawk.
