The best thing about Nick we experience is that he was very patient with us when he was showing us houses and gave us good advice what place and home is good or not. He will try to stay in your budget and will never advise you to go crazy. The best advice he gave me while looking home is that Just look for good neighborhood and the area where your needs are getting fulfilled even if the house doesn't have all the things you need because you can remodel the house later but can't change your street. And then we end up buying house that was as per our budget and beautiful. It needed some remodeling but we are happy with our home. He spends 8 months with us to look for our dream home.
