Simone is great and I would give her more stars if I could! My husband and I were completely new to the home-buying process and we are so grateful that we had such a patient, talented, and professional real estate agent. She was there every step of the way and guided us through the process. We are all settled in our new home. We originally looked out in Alameda county but then we started to explore other areas and focused on Contra Costa County. Even though she wasn't as familiar with the market out there at first, she spent the time to get to know the area and even connected us with her colleagues when we tried to schedule a last-minute showing and she was unavailable. If you go with Simone, you get results and will learn a ton. We definitely did!

Nick Khelawan is a very good agent to look for your dream home. He will understand your need first and then will show you houses accordingly. The best thing about Nick we experience is that he was very patient with us when he was showing us houses and gave us good advice what place and home is good or not. He will try to stay in your budget and will never advise you to go crazy. The best advice he gave me while looking home is that Just look for good neighborhood and the area where your needs are getting fulfilled even if the house doesn't have all the things you need because you can remodel the house later but can't change your street. And then we end up buying house that was as per our budget and beautiful. It needed some remodeling but we are happy with our home. He spends 8 months with us to look for our dream home. Will definitely recommend him.
