She explained us bidding process, inspections and market data in a short time which made us more confident and ready to buy our first home. She was very quick to respond, extremely patient with difficult seller agents and was also helpful in advising us the home value accurately for the bidding process. She is highly knowledgeable and makes sure that we know all the options in terms of counter offers, contingencies or home inspections. Overall, she made the process stress-free and pleasant for us. Furthermore, she has excellent negotiation skills and made sure that we do not over bid for any property. I've met Shawn during an open house. When I read many reviews on the internet, I was initially skeptical on how a person can get all good reviews. :) I thought I should give a try on him as a buyer's agent. And now, I understand that, no wonder why he gets so many good reviews. :) Because he's really good at his work and as a human being!   It's quite a nerve cracking process when we put offers to home, and wanna get a good deal. Shawn has always accepted to put the offer which we want, though it may not be as competent as the market. And that's the most good quality which I really liked in him, understanding us and not forcing us to put a figure which normally every agent does. Because of him, we were able to purchase a single family home, with 38K below the listed price.  He's quite knowledgeable, professional and above that, he's quite understandable as a human being. Working with him is amazing! As being a first time home buyer, we had many tensions in which Shawn was able to answer everything patiently, even at his non-working hours.
