HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Payal was our buyer's agent for our first home and she has been extremely helpful in the process. She explained us bidding process, inspections and market data in a short time which made us more confident and ready to buy our first home. She was very quick to respond, extremely patient with difficult seller agents and was also helpful in advising us the home value accurately for the bidding process. She is highly knowledgeable and makes sure that we know all the options in terms of counter offers, contingencies or home inspections. Overall, she made the process stress-free and pleasant for us. Furthermore, she has excellent negotiation skills and made sure that we do not over bid for any property. We highly recommend her especially when you are trying to buy your first home and are not aware of the entire process.
