Unhei was incredibly insightful and helpful to my wife and I as we went through the process of purchasing our house. This was our first purchase so it came with perhaps a few extra nerves on our end but we never felt overly pushed by her. (A little nudge here and there to move quick in a crazy market was helpful.) We were moving back to the East Bay after a few years away so her knowledge of specific communities was of help to us.
