Jess and Lisa were fantastic partners for us as we searched for our first home. As newcomers to the area, we relied on the expertise about not just each city/town, but detailed knowledge and perspective on each of the neighborhoods we were contemplating. As first time home buyers, Jess and Lisa were patient and extremely helpful in walking us through disclosures and open houses – what we should be aware of and avoid, and what wasn’t a big deal. We were particularly picky with what we were looking for and Jess and Lisa not only were patient with us in a unique market period, but also fully understood what we wanted and not – sometimes better than ourselves – helping the process be that much more efficient and productive. Thanks to them, we were able to find our dream home in the neighborhood we wanted and exactly as we were looking for. They also helped guide us with when to lean in more and when not, which was critical for our successful negotiation for our home. In addition to all of the above, Lisa and Jess are just wonderful people who made what could be a stressful process, enjoyable, fun and without pressure. We are very thankful to them for everything! Although we’re not planning to move anytime soon, when the day comes, we will be happy to call them back! You can’t do any better than to call Jess and Lisa!
