What else can I say besides amazing? In an area like the Bay Area, having a knowledgeable, energetic, and communicative person like Lauren is exactly what is needed to purchase a home. Attention to detail, insight, and a vision got my family our first home beating out other offers and turning around the close in just 19 days.We couldn't be happier and more impressed with Lauren and her team, especially with the intimidating experience of buying our FIRST home in the Bay Area. We had used a few agents before turning to Lauren who knew the East Bay and showed us neighborhoods both within our search and even outside our preferred areas to keep our options open and allow us an opportunity to explore new neighborhoods. Thank you, Lauren. Would highly recommend. 5/5 across the board.

I reached out to Bruce and Amanda because they had a track record in our neighborhood. And they live up to their reputation. They did great in every step. You can tell they are very knowledgeable, have experience in both classic and innovative skills, and most importantly, they care about you and want to help you achieve more. By partnering with the Dad/Daughter Team, we sold our property around the Christmas holiday, a traditionally quiet season for the housing market. And we were actually out of town when this whole process happened - they took care of the marketing, photos, onsite tour, and communications. One more thing I want to mention is their negotiation skills. The offers came at different times because of the way we chose to market and sell our place. During each phase, depending on whether it was one offer or multiple offers, Bruce and Amanda applied different strategies to negotiate on our behalf. I was deeply involved in one of the negotiation processes and had more confidence in them after that.
