He made sure we understood what we needed to weigh, what to expect and what the different offers meant to us as the sellers. He help us keep the house safe and even moved the garbage cans out for me at closing so the garbage company could pick them up. He worked with me telling what we needed in order for me to use POA to sign for my mother a part owner in the house. He was so patient when asking for the third time for a form he needed to seal the sale. Always supportive and positive. A pleasure to work with this man.
