I was introduced to Jan from a friend who had utilized her services in the past. Little did I know the expertise that Jan would bring to bear. Jan negotiated the sale of my house to a novice buyer and agent. Jan not only held her cool in the face of their inexperience in the process, but also helped them research information concerning the property that they were unable to properly research on their own. Of course, their inexperience did not just effect Jan, but I was losing patience with certain aspects as well. Jan really helped me understand the situation and helped me stay calm and business like. Jan would be an essential partner to any buyer or seller. The experience and professionalism she brings to the table is second to none.

We worked with Jan to purchase our first home a few years back and came back to work with her to purchase our long-term home. Jan was an excellent communicator and proactive. She is knowledgeable about the area and market. Buying a home in the post pandemic years has been quite a rollercoaster but Jan's help made the process smoother. Jan was acutely aware of our needs and balanced her advice about the market with our sensitivities around timing of the move. We recommend her to our family and friends as her knowledge of the Tri-Valley real estate market is unmatched.

We met Jan at an open house and immediately knew that we wanted to work with her. We could tell that she truly cared about us and wanted to make sure that we found a home that was right for us. Jan was very knowledgeable and was very communicative throughout every step of the process. Anytime we went to an open house or were interested in a home, she made sure to ask the important questions that we wouldn't have even thought about. This was our first time purchasing a home, so she made sure to explain everything and answer all of the questions that we had. The whole process was smooth and went better than we could have ever expected. We would highly recommend Jan to anyone who is looking to purchase a home in the Bay Area.
