I recently purchased my first home with Jaime and I strongly recommend him. He was consistently very knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and was an advocate for his client all while being flexible with his schedule and time (e.g., weekends / evenings). I had worked with four other realtors at different degrees and none met the same qualities that Jaime has. Jaime was also very accommodating with his time early on in my home search when I was transparent that I did not have a pre-approval yet and I never felt that I was not a priority to him. When it came to the house I ended up buying, Jaime did a tremendous job of guiding me through the process while ensuring that I was satisfied and assured throughout. There was a leak we found after we had opened escrow and were moving towards close and Jaime worked with the sellers to ensure that everything was restored to my satisfaction. David is a bundle of energy. A positive influence to guide you through the selling process. I found him to be engaging,thoughtful,precise, friendly and prompt. Attributes I very much appreciate. The selling and staging process for my home went smoothly. All questions answered throughly and promptly. I was in separate location and all communications between us were handled quickly and accurately. David was just fun and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.
