Lily is fantastic to work with. She has deep knowledge about the cities and neighborhoods we were exploring and when I had specific questions (which was often!) she was quick to research as needed and respond in a timely manner. Lily is very thoughtful in her approach to identifying properties that met my expectations and also educated me on the market to ensure requirements and price points aligned with the market availability. Lily is very diligent in that she was proactive to ask seller’s agents questions she knew herself to be important and that she knew would be important to me. Lily is detail oriented and organized which was instrumental in our journey together and ultimate closure & success in finding a wonderful home to purchase. I would highly recommend Lily and work with her again in the future.
